Founded in 1989 by Barrie Fleming, following a 20-year career at 3M, and joined by his son Nigel in 1994, JIT has remained a family-owned business grounded in family values, integrity and commitment. Today, our dedicated and highly skilled team continues to carry forward that legacy—delivering dependable solutions to industries including Aerospace, Automotive, Defence, Medical, Electronics, Marine, Food & Drink, Power Generation and beyond.
