15 Micron Hyper Machine Stretch Film
Our 15 micron Hyper machine stretch film represents the latest generation of LLDPE cast stretch film, developed specifically for high-performance stretch-wrap machines operating at speed.
The film delivers excellent tear and puncture resistance, helping to maintain pallet stability during storage and transport. Its cast construction allows for quieter unwinding, improving working conditions in busy warehouse environments, while consistent film behaviour supports efficient, automated wrapping and optimised film usage.
From a sustainability perspective, Hyper machine stretch film is manufactured from 100% recyclable LLDPE. Used film can be returned through licensed waste management providers and reprocessed into plastic pellets for use in new products. The film conforms to EU directive requirements, is not classified under COSHH, and is intended for secondary packaging applications.
This means secure loads, reliable machine performance, reduced film consumption, and a packaging solution that aligns with recycling and environmental programmes.
